It was a good experience. The first day the first lady to assist me wasn't as helpful. The second thinner Hispanic lady was more helpful. I was able to get a better appointment with her help. The next day Eric took care of the rest.

Toyota of Lancaster really came through when I needed. The whole purchasing process was easy. They walked me through the whole thing and gave me your of my vehicle before I left. One thing though, there was trash in the center console that I found the next day. I knew it wasn't mine because it was products that I don't consume. Poor customer service and communication. I received my truck back from service with oil leaks. My truck had a pool of oil on my driveway and had it to be towed back to dealership. It was very inconvenient to go back-and-forth to the dealership and it was time-consuming. This is my third experience with the dealership that something had gone wrong. It's always a poor experience here. Last time I was told it would be $800 just to look at the electrical to find out why my headlight wasn't working. Turns out it was just an LED bulb it needed instead of the standard due to connectivity issues that can happen with the Prius. $50 and I did it myself. I feel like then and in this current visit. Felt like I was being punished because I didn’t have an appointment. Sat there in an empty check in lane waiting for a service advisor while multiple employees were standing around, even sweeping. After 2 vehicles arrived and were immediately greeted and pulled in for service was I finally greeted and quoted over hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Even tho I previously purchased a service plan I was treated like I was less than merely because I didn’t have an appointment. I’ll drive down to Valencia to receive service from Frontier Toyota from now on.
Christian Mejia at Honda made the car-buying experience for my daughter smooth. He was professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure she felt comfortable with her choice and answered all of our questions honestly. I was told my oil pan was damaged by an object in the road however there was no visible damage to the plastic protecting the oil pan. I don't believe I hit something in the road and I wonder if the damage happened during a previous visit to this dealership. I've only ever had this dealership service my vehicle. Once they have your money in finance, expect to be ghosted until you have Toyota Motor North America get involved. Not to mention, they will close the case first and state to TMNA they resolved the situation. Shop elsewhere. Plus when you reply to a review request and state about a negative experience in email, there is no follow up other than, "we'll let management know."

I was a little disappointed that when I brought my Toyota Tundra for an oil change, and also wanted them to check my front suspension that was making some clicking noise when turning . The service manager said that they had no mechanic working on that Sunday. Furthermore, he said that I would need to make an appointment And I would half to bring it back.

Frustrating experience overall. My keys were not retrieved when I dropped off my vehicle. I received a phone call 30 minutes later asking where the keys were, which means the car sat there for 30 minutes before anyone realized they didn’t have them.
