The Service Department on my car was awesome. The time it was fair. Good customer service. This dealer offer you free coffee as a courtesy. Some other dealers offer you gourmet coffee and cookies.
Felipe was incredibly helpful to me as I got my corolla lease. He was knowledgeable and patient with me. He answered all of my questions in a straightforward manner. I would definitely feel comfortable coming back to Lancaster Toyota to talk to Felipe if I need any help with my new corolla.

Highly recommend Toyota of Lancaster for fair non-inflated pricing. Great sales team and worked hard to get the deal done. Visited about every dealer from North Hollywood to Orange County and ended up back at Lancaster where they work with you and don’t inflate.

The service may or may not have been completed as described. They said to service my air cleaner which I replaced in March and which hadn’t been replaced in the year and a half before then. Said they would rotate wheels and tires but saw no evidence of that, not even a note in the service notes.
Rodrigo made the process so easy for me. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle. And he showed me exactly what I was looking for and made sure I got the best deal possible.

This dealership did a lot of maintenance business. I had an appointment and they gif t on my car without too much hassle. The waiting area had ample seating that was comfortable and a snack bar that made fresh sandwiches and salads. When going to check out I got a little lost trying to find cashier, but was pointed in the right direction.
Emma, Junior and Patricia were awesome. I waited for my Trailhunter for over 2 months, and everyone kept me updated on the phase of my truck. Although I traveled 3 hours out of town for the truck, this was my best Toyota experience in comparison to local dealers near me. Everyone was honest, there was no hidden agenda, and most importantly, no markup.

The customer service representative that was assisting had great customer service skills and very Informative.
Service is great, they are quick, and don't try to sell me extra stuff or try to get me to do extra things to my car. But one of the employees, Greg is rude and has an attitude every time I come to get my car checked without my parents. His attitude changes with me based on if I'm alone or not. Idk if it's because I'm not paying for the services (my parents pay) that he talks to me differently.
