I booked and appointment two days out for a tire needing to be fixed via the automated system due to nobody answering. When I called today regarding it I was told I may have to leave my car overnight, which I cannot do because they may not have the tire, even though it was booked in advance

Typical car dealership scammers and they are not even good at that! I went in to see a car they had listed on there web site when I showed up they said it was not available. The sales people don’t know about their place is a joke products or inventory, any way the truck way there I just had to find it . Then the negotiation process was a joke I offered a fair cash price they wanted to play games and even though I was paying cash kept trying to run my credit .

My experience with Mike at the Toyota dealership was better than I expected. He was truthful, honest, and extremely professional. My previous service advisor wasn't available & I completely trusted Mike’s suggestions, on what needed to be done on my vehicle and again he explained everything thoroughly down to the differences in price, warranties, & etc. So I really appreciate the time and effort he took to make sure I understood everything!

My Rav 4 was just washed clean inside & out I got it back with the windshield filthy water spotted everywhere. They use the windshield wipers and obviously sprayed it with the windshield fluid washer don't know why they did that car super clean inside my radio fingerprints all over the radio. They used the wrong number to contact me when work on my car was done. I stayed on site and after an hour had gone by after I was told the work would be done and asked what was going on and that was when I knew the work was done

Well, the last time I was there, they scheduled an appointment for the next maintenance , but upon to calling the service department to confirm my appointment , it did not appear in the system.

The service work was good . The customer service can be way better . They tried to get me to have an air filter replaced that I had replaced at the last oil change which was not needed.

To toyota of Lancaster service department, my wife went in to get the rear tired replaced through its amazing tire warranty program and this guy's out of courtesy did an oil change in our 24' Highlander. This is what I called customer service! Shout out to William and the other gentleman who assist her the day before for being so great with her and taking care of her safety.

Mauricio was not a problem because he was on lunch when I came to pick up my truck. I got the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with a young lady that did not want to discuss my vehicle or the parts I was interested in getting from Toyota of Lancaster. She said I need to talk to Mauricio for any info on my truck and I left without buying the parts I wanted. Honestly not looking forward to returning to Toyota of Lancaster for the next recall that Toyota won't have a fix for until March next year.

I am not sure if it's this dealership or just all Toyota dealership in common. But it is very disheartening when you come in for Servicing and you know you have a problem with your truck and you have to argue to get somebody to fix your truck, is this the new Toyota it just it's just the way business now. Toyota of Lancaster is really my only choice because of distance but I am seriously considering finding somebody else to service my truck and service my extended warranty that I have up to 125,000 miles.
